🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of size issues or defective products.
✅ Size Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging
- Customer must share order details along with request
- Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer
❌ Return Policy
- We do not offer returns on any products once sold
- Please check product details, size chart, and images carefully before placing your order
⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share proper proof (images/video)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest
🎥 Important Note (Mandatory)
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange or damage claim
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
🚫 Exchange / Refund Not Applicable In These Cases
- Product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Customer does not like color, fabric, or design
- Minor color variation due to lighting/screen resolution
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or offer
- Incorrect size selected by customer without checking size chart
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
💰 Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds
- Only replacement/exchange is applicable under valid conditions
